Jan 18th 2020 in the cold city of Sheffield I woke up hungry for food and the competition. I had scheduled a telephone interview with BBC Radio Bristol for 7.45 and had a pleasant chat about the competition before heading for breakfast. I had a hearty breakfast and then spent my day chatting to other athletes and waiting for my family and friends to arrive. We got to the Venue Fly DSA Arena Sheffield about 1.30pm and had a look around the venue and filmed our intros for the comp.
