12 Week Strength Program
I am offering a 12 week strength program split into 4 week blocks to help you get to your strength goals.
I will program you to your ability and strength, your form and technique will be reviewed on every training session and your strength goals will be established at the start.
I can prep you in the run up to a competition and your program will be adapted to your personal needs and accessibility to equipment.
I will be available to contact 7 days a week, so I can look over your lifts, advising on technique and anything you have questions with about your program.
